    From 95 South:
    Take exit 66 - Spencer Plains Road.  At the end of the ramp turn left to the stoplight.  Turn left onto Boston Post Road (Rt. 1) and travel approximately 1/2 mile to Action Sports Plaza on your left.
     
    From 95 North:
    Take exit 66 - Spencer Plains Road. At the end of the ramp turn right to the stoplight.  Turn left onto Boston Post Road (Rt. 1) and travel approximately 1/2 mile to Action Sports Plaza on your left.

    About Dr. Strecker:

    Dr. Kurt Strecker graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2003. He was Salutatorian of his class.  He is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Bridgeport assisting in teaching human gross anatomy.

    Sports Medicine is a clinic specialty and Dr. Strecker treats amateur and professional athletes of all ages. Largely though word of mouth, Dr. Strecker's practice has grown so rapidly that he now sees patients from all over New England.  While a percentage of his practice focuses on the serious athlete, he treats all types of injuries from pulled hamstrings to sciatica.

    Dr. Strecker is married with two young children. He is an avid sailor and runner who participates in road races from 5Ks to marathons. He sponsors a number of local races on the Connecticut Shoreline.

    About Lindsay: 

    Lindsay Eisensmith earned a B.A. from Smith College in Exercise and Sports Studies, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.   Dedicated to the future of massage therapy, she remains active in the academic community as a course assistant and tutor, and her research has been published in the Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research as well as the Journal of Bodywork & Movement Therapies.  She is a nationally certified & CT Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. 

    Lindsay seeks to relieve pain, optimize performance, and enhance vitality utilizing a combined approach of traditional Swedish massage with myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, stretching and corrective exercise.
